Four ways teams bring me in

Every engagement is scoped in writing, run on a cadence we agree on, and delivered inside your tools — your repo, your staging, your project board.

The HubSpot specialty

A specialty runs through the enterprise work: custom HubSpot implementations — themes, templates, and modules built for marketing teams at companies that run on HubSpot, Illumio and AppZen among them.

Consulting

Sometimes the most valuable work happens before anyone opens a design tool. You come away with a clear decision: I review the current property, sit with the people who use it, and tell you plainly what to fix first, what to leave alone, and where to aim next — the calls that are hard to make from inside. You get direction you can act on, with me on the build or with your own team.

Implementation

This is my strongest gear, and the work I get called back for. Your team has designs and a backlog; you need a front-end developer you can trust with both. I convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML and CSS, build and improve components for performance across phone, tablet, and desktop, and keep brand consistency at the atomic level — the spacing, the type, the details that separate finished from almost.

HubSpot is where much of this work lives. I build custom HubSpot themes, templates, and modules — the implementation underneath the drag-and-drop, done properly — for marketing teams at companies like Illumio and AppZen, both of them large HubSpot customers. Their teams get pages they can ship themselves; the custom pieces underneath stay clean, fast, and consistent.

Redesign

A good redesign protects what visitors already trust. I start from what the current site does well, rework the structure and visuals around it, and rebuild the code underneath so the new site is faster to change than the old one.

Design & Development

One engagement, start to finish: I learn the business, design the property, build it, deploy it, and hand it over documented. This is the work I've done end to end for a decade, and the reason most of my clients are repeat clients or referrals.

Set engagements, one price

Set engagements with a defined scope and one price, quoted up front:

The Website Review

A senior review of your current web property and a prioritized direction: what to fix first, what to leave alone, and where the spend earns its keep. For teams who need the decision before the project. Ends with a clear next move.

HubSpot Build

A custom HubSpot implementation as one packaged engagement: theme, templates, and the custom modules your marketing team actually needs, built and handed over so they can ship pages on their own. For companies running on HubSpot, ready to bring the site back up to the team's speed.

Design & Build

A complete web property, designed and built end to end for one price: the conversation, the design, the build, the hand-off. For teams who want one accountable person from first conversation to hand-off.

Monthly Partner

The ongoing version: a standing monthly engagement where your queue of design and development work ships steadily and the judgment is on call. One flat monthly price. For marketing teams with more work than hands.

Ways to work together

Three shapes

Three shapes, all scoped and priced in writing before work starts. Every engagement carries one price for the whole piece of work, quoted up front — you approve the price for the outcome, and the work runs until it's delivered.

Monthly engagement

Ongoing design and development on a monthly rhythm: a prioritized queue of improvements, shipped steadily, for one flat monthly price. Best for marketing sites that ship constantly; this is the shape my AppOmni engagement runs on.

Project SOW

A defined piece of work with a fixed scope, milestones, and one price for the engagement, agreed in a written statement of work. Best for redesigns, implementations, and launches with a date on them.

Consulting engagement

A short advisory piece: an audit, a direction, a scope your team can build from, priced as a single engagement. Best when the next move isn't clear yet and you want a senior read before committing to a build.
