Growth Web Development LLC · Meridian, Idaho

Websites designed, built, and shipped — end to end.

Growth Web Development is the design and development studio of Michael Gulden in Meridian, Idaho. Enterprise teams hire me on contract for consulting, implementation, redesign, and full design-and-development work. What they're hiring is the judgment behind it: a decade of doing this end to end means I know what a web property needs and where to focus first — so we make each decision once, and make it right.

What you're actually hiring

Judgment, an eye, and outcomes

Judgment

A decade of end-to-end work, applied to your decisions. I give you a clear read on what matters, what can wait, and where to spend first — before any of it gets built.

An eye for design

The difference between almost right and right is usually one change. I can see which one, and it's the difference between a site that looks fine and one that earns trust in the first five seconds.

Business outcomes

The work is measured by what it does for the business: a marketing team that ships on its own rhythm, pages that carry the sales conversation forward, a site that keeps pace as the company grows.

Services

Four ways teams bring me in

01

Consulting

A senior read on what your web property needs and where to focus first. Audits, direction, and clear scoping that point the budget at the right build.

02

Implementation

Your designs, built properly. I turn Figma files into pixel-perfect, responsive pages and components on your stack, inside your process — including custom HubSpot themes, templates, and modules.

03

Redesign

Existing sites reworked: structure, visuals, and the code underneath, keeping everything that already works.

04

Design & Development

The full run under one roof: conversation, design, build, deployment, hand-off.

Monthly engagement, project SOW, or consulting — each priced as one number for the whole engagement, quoted up front. The three shapes are spelled out on the Services page.

Selected contract work

Work

Each engagement below ran under contract or SOW, inside the client's own tools and process.

AppOmni homepage

Front-end development for appomni.com, on a monthly cadence under SOW. I build new features and UX improvements for AppOmni's marketing site from Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML and CSS, responsive across devices, working inside AppOmni's dev → staging → live process with their content marketing and web design leads.

Design and front-end development for Illumio's marketing web properties, including resource-center work, as a contractor with Andersen Digital. Illumio is one of HubSpot's bigger customers, and the engagement included custom HubSpot templates and modules that put enterprise security content where busy buyers can find and use it.

Contract design and development with Andersen Digital since 2014: a decade of client websites designed, built, and maintained together for businesses across Hawaii and the mainland. The longest-running working relationship of my career, and the one most of the others grew out of.

Process

How a project runs

1

Conversation

How the business actually works, before anything is drawn.

2

First version

A working version, early. The thing itself, in its first working form: a build you can use and react to.

3

Fine-tune

We use it, test it, and adjust. Try, learn, improve, repeat. This is where good becomes right.

4

Complete

It ships complete: tested, tuned, documented, and handed over ready to run. The first version starts the work; this step finishes it properly.

How I work

I work by trying things. A working version in front of you this week teaches more than a polished reveal next month, so we start with one and improve it together. Experimenting is the process itself — and it's why the end result holds up: it has been used daily and earned its finish.

About

Clients buy the judgment behind the pages

Clients buy the judgment behind the pages — and a site that does its job for the business long after launch day.

I'm Michael Gulden. I've designed and built websites for more than a decade — for Silicon Valley companies, Hawaii businesses, and teams in between — always end to end: the client conversation, the design, the build, the hand-off. Most people do one part of that. I do the whole thing, and it's why clients bring me back.
